THE FACILITY

The renovated Kerrville manufacturing and assembly facilities are running today, with state-of-the-art new equipment. That includes multiple CNC machining stations, chemical corrosion protection processes, painting, and aluminum heat-treating, among other major improvements. Most recently, Mooney has added a world-class composite manufacturing facility. The end-goal is to enhance quality control through manufacturing as many component parts of the aircraft as possible.

Equipment

The people of Kerrville, in the Texas Hill Country apply their craft in metal, precision welds, leather, and paint, followed by inspection and flight-testing to deliver an incomparable aircraft.
