During my annual they noticed a “chatter” noise coming from my landing gear. The mechanic called and talked to Lasar, Lasar even asked them to let them listen to the “chatter” over the phone they informed my mechanic there is nothing to worry about although LG Actuator kit will need to be rebuilt in the next few years. I informed my mechanic not to wait and order the rebuilt kit now. Lasar informed us the kits are on backorder (like everything else in this world) has anyone ever had this issue, and does anyone know where the I can get this Rebuild “Kit” ?

Pascal is the mechanic at Lasar who does the gear actuator rebuilds.  To my knowledge this is not a “kit” they ship out, rather Pascal takes your actuator and rebuilds it on his bench and then Yellow Tags it.  He and I did my gear actuator a year ago and I sure learned a ton!  Good luck.
