A native of California, Uecker attended high school in Salinas. While
still in high school he worked for Million Air, a fixed base operator
at the Monterey (CA) Peninsula Airport. He attended LeTourneau
University in Longview, Texas, graduating in 2005 with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Aeronautical Science and a concentration in Flight
Management. He is a commercial, multi-engine and instrument-rated
pilot.
While attending LeTourneau, he served as General Manager of
KRS Express Aviation in Longview, overseeing all aspects of the
operation. He also has extensive sales experience and spent 2006 in a
sales support position with Columbia Aircraft, prior to joining Mooney.
